В Одессе на улице Черноморского казачества реконструируют один из старейших детских садов города.

В мэрии отмечают, что здание было построено в 1900 году, а в 1930году в нем разместили 2 группы детского сада. Последний капитальный ремонт здесь проводился в 50-х годах прошлого века. Тогда же к зданию достроили пристройку и разместили в ней еще 3 группы.

К началу 2016 года здание детского сада пришло в неудовлетворительное состояние. В связи с этим городскими властями было принято решение о капитальном ремонте здания, в ходе которого будет проведена частичная перепланировка существующих помещений двухэтажного здания детского сада и здания прачечной. Помимо обновлённых помещений для детсадовских и ясельных групп будут оборудованы еще медицинский изолятор и современный пищеблок. В ходе ремонта также полностью обновят здание прачечной. Затем территория детского сада будет благоустроена.

Кроме того, учитывая особенность грунтов в районе Пересыпи, проектировщикам была поставлена задача уменьшить несущую нагрузку здания на фундамент. Поэтому в ходе капитального ремонта кровля будет заменена на облегченную.

Работы планируют закончить к концу следующего года. Детей на время ремонта определили в другие детские дошкольные учреждения, расположенные в Суворовском районе города.
