    Din punct de vedere botanic, fructul arborelui de cafea este drupa falsa, acoperita de un tegument membranos, care isi schimba culoarea de la verde la rosu-purpuriu, in functie de stadiul de dezvoltare a fructului.     Am obiceiul sa ma trezesc la ora 5 ca sa pot ajunge la munca pe 7 si, probabil ca oricine altcineva, beau cafea acasa si una la munca. Pulberea de cafea este plasata intr-un con de hartie sau intr-un filtru din plastic si peste ea se toarna apa fierbinte, la temperatura cat mai apropiata punctului de fierbere.     Procesul de prajire este ceea ce produce

    aroma caracteristica a cafelei prin procesarea boabelor de cafea verde,

    schimbandu-si culoarea, gustul, mirosul și densitatea.

    Cafeaua filtrata neagra contine 160mg de cafeina, insa elimina grijile legate de cafestol, anunta un studiu identificat in American Journal of Epidemiology.

    Pentru un gust deplin, presiunea trebuie sa fie situata intre 9 si 10bari,

    de aceea multi pasionati deschid espressorul si modifica
